Super comfy spot near town!

I stayed solo for 4 nights and really enjoyed it! The staff were super friendly, always ready to help. The breakfast buffet had awesome choices and the pool was a perfect chill spot. It’s a bit of a hike to the city center though, and SMA is pretty hilly, which can tire ya out after a while.

This place was just a prime choice for a lightning trip in San Miguel de Allende with great value. The shampoo and soap in the bathroom were decent, but they should really add conditioner for the convenience of those enjoying the pool. Make sure to bring your own conditioner if you're planning to swim.

I loved unwinding by the beautiful swimming pool and the relaxing atmosphere at the tennis courts during my stay. Plus, I enjoyed the fantastic buffet breakfast with a variety of options. The walk to the city can be a bit tricky since the sidewalks are limited, so I recommend taking a taxi for convenience. 😊

Fantastic staff and a cozy atmosphere

I had an amazing time during my stay! The staff was incredibly kind and went out of their way to help me retrieve my lost phone. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The rooftop pool was a highlight, perfect for families and relaxing with a view. However, some aspects of the room could use a bit more attention, like extra seating.

The rooftop heated pool stands out, especially for kids, providing a nice touch for relaxation. Large rooms feature comfortable beds, effective AC, and bathrooms designed with impressive showers.

Soundproofing leaves much to be desired. I could hear every word from the neighboring rooms, which detracted from the overall hotel vibe. The gym lacks sufficient machines and weights, making it less appealing for a workout. It might not suit those who prefer walking as it's a bit far from downtown attractions.

However, access to the hotel is limited if you don't have a car, as public transport requires a bit of a walk. The proximity to a shopping mall with a cinema that shows movies in the original language was great. Even though I appreciated the cleanliness of my room, there was a sewer smell that would occasionally waft in, which was off-putting. Also, the lack of soundproofing in the rooms made it hard to avoid hearing conversations from next door, diminishing my comfort during the stay. Overall, while there are definitely areas for improvement, the positives made my experience enjoyable.

I loved how easy it was to stroll to Juarez Park and the vibrant Zocalo, both just a short walk away, making my weekend getaway so enjoyable and filled with beautiful sights. the room was spacious and comfortable, which added to the overall great experience.

The staff's hospitality, especially when they called a taxi for me and provided great directions, made my stay enjoyable. The pool and gym facilities were a nice bonus for relaxing after exploring the area.
